Die-hard West enthusiasts were likely already acquainted with the opening track &#8220;Everybody,&#8221; teased on social media the previous week. The track cleverly weaves an interpolation of Backstreet Boys&#8217; 1997 hit &#8220;Everybody (Backstreet&#8217;s Back),&#8221; but instead of sampling the boy band directly, it features a recreated chorus by Charlie Wilson, collaborating with West, Ty, and Lil Baby on the song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In &#8220;Slide,&#8221; Kanye West&#8217;s daughter, North, showcased her burgeoning rap talent alongside her father and Ty, adding her verses over a sample from James Blake. Lines like &#8220;It\u2019s gonna get messy, just bless me, bless me \/ It\u2019s your bestie, miss miss Westie&#8221; highlighted her performance. Kim Kardashian, along with their children, joined in to support the performance, creating a family moment onstage. Viewers on social media caught glimpses of Saint dancing to IShowSpeed\u2019s Sui dance during the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The album &#8220;Vultures&#8221; maintains a consistent musical thread with its plucky synth bass notes and a dynamic tempo. In a unique touch, they sample a quote from the film &#8220;Dogma,&#8221; where Jason Mewes remarks, &#8220;Beautiful, big-tittied women don\u2019t just fall out of the sky, you know,&#8221; a phrase echoed throughout the song by West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Within the album, &#8216;Paid&#8217; infuses elements of house music, while &#8216;Beg Forgiveness&#8217; predominantly showcases Brown&#8217;s presence. &#8216;River&#8217; pays tribute to Young Thug, featuring him amidst ongoing legal proceedings, with Ty concluding beautifully by reimagining Leon Bridges&#8217; track towards the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>West is no stranger to controversy, and already caught flack for a snippet of a line on \u201cVultures\u201d where he states, \u201cHow I\u2019m antisemitic, I just fucked a Jewish bitch.\u201d It comes in a string of antisemitic remarks over the past year, and he didn\u2019t shy from the discourse. As the song played, West stoked the flames by donning a black Klansman hat, pausing at the end of the song to glare at the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transitioning from more of a showcase than a conventional performance, the evening met an abrupt conclusion at 3 a.m. in Miami when the venue abruptly cut off the speakers. In a final act of defiance, West repeated the controversial &#8216;Vultures&#8217; line on the mic.
